1. Items sold are not refundable or exchangeable. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

2. The buyer should allow within 1-2inch discrepancies for the measurements stated on dresses due to different ways of measurement.

3. Due to the setting of the monitor, the colour might be slightly different from the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual colour of the item.

4. Buyer may request for the gift delivery. Contact us and we will be glad to help you in preparing a gift card with the personalized message with NO charges (FREE).

5. Buyer may request for special/appointed delivery date. Just simply indicated the date you wish your goods to be delivered.

6. We will not hold any further responsibility after the items have shipped out from our place.

7. All items will be delivered only after the payment has been made.

8. Please ensure that your shipping address location has someone in during daytime as PosLaju/Skynet requires a signature upon delivery. If not, they will drop the parcel at the nearest PosLaju/Skynet office and you will have to collect it yourself there.

9. All information provided to us will be deemed personal and will be kept confidential.

10. We reserve the right to make changes on our site, policies and the terms & conditions at any point of time.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions (Clothes)

1. Please bank-in the total amount once you have placed the order. Order will not be placed if full payment did not receive.

2. We are launching first come first serve service. Whoever pays first will get the item first.

3. If items are no longer available, we will contact you and refund you the total amount.

4. Once order placed to the factory, will take around 10 working days to arrive at our shop.

5. Once received and checked, we will send out the cloths within 1-3days to all customers.

6. Our factory located at overseas, sometime shipment might delay due to weather, customs clearance and other unforeseen circumstances. Therefore, please DO NOT place your order if you are not able to wait.

7. We are placing the order directly from the factory, therefore we have no direct access to the stock level/stock availability for each item. Also, we are not able to personally view & check out the quality of items one by one. Agape Boutique will not hold responsible for the delay of shipment or out of stock after order placed.

8. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the colour and etc.

9. We only accept return if the cloths have more than 5cm stain, holes or cloths send out wrongly by us. Return postage will be bear by the customer; Agape Boutique will only bear the postage for the new replacement item.

 

A gentle reminder for Pre-Order purchase on clothes:

a. It would be better to avoid ordering white colour clothes as the risk of dirty might be higher.

b. Out of stock might happen on the pre-order item as we do not have direct access to the stock level / stock availability for each items. Normally we will only know after the goods reach our store (which is 2/3 days before the send out date). Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount either in cash or in refund voucher.

Pre-Order Shoe Term & Conditions (Shoe)

1. Shoe sold is NOT refundable or exchangeable.

2. In view of sizes discrepancies, if the size cannot fit, the best we can do it to help the buyer resell it. We will post on our site with buyer information, anyone who interested may buy it directly. Basically, Agape Boutique will only provide a reselling platform.

3. We will include a detailed description of every item for the buyers to refer.

4. Buyers are advice to purchase slightly bigger size than the normal size you wear.

5. Due to setting of the monitor, colour might be slightly different with the picture posted; therefore, we will state the actual colour of the item. Please DO NOT place order if you cannot accept the difference.

6. Out of stock might happened on pre-order item as we do not have direct access to the stock level / stock availability for each items. Normally we will only know after the goods reach our store (which is 2/3 days before the send out date). Don’t worry, we will inform you and refund the full amount either in cash or in refund voucher.

7. Please DO NOT place order if you are unable to wait for the shipment to arrive. Once pre-order placed are NOT REFUNDABLE. However if item are out of stock we will refund back the full amount or in refund voucher base on both side mutual understanding.

8. According to factory they are using man made PU skin, Cow or Deer Skin to manufacture the shoes. As we are not the manufacturer, we cannot make sure the type of skin used for the shoes. Please DO NOT place order if you are sensitive on what type of skin been used or religion related issue.

9. Customer will need to bear the risk for all pre-order items. We will not hold responsible for complaint such as different colour, not as nice as imagine, too small, too big, quality not as good as imagine, small stain, don’t like the colour, the leather / skin is Pig Skin or not as I expected and etc.

10. We only accept return if the shoes have more than 5cm stain, holes, wrong shoes sent by Agape Boutique. Return postage will be bear by customer; Agape Boutique will only bear for the postage of new replacement item.

11. We do not hold responsibility for broken heels when customer receives the item. We will check every pair of our shoe before deliver, if we find out the heels broken or sole came out, we will not send out the item. Therefore if customer receives the item in broken piece, please let us know immediately and we will check with our courier company.

12. Please note that NO ORIGINAL SHOE BOX will be provided during shipping, we will use other box or bubble pack to ship it. All shoes are imported from overseas factory and we are using air freight to ship the shoe so that buyer may get it earlier. Therefore if shoe box is included, the air freight will be higher, as the result the shoe price will be higher as well.

Anyway, the most important is the shoe was in good condition and nice, box does not really matter right?

 

Pig Skin Lining Term & Conditions (Muslim Customer Must Read)

Are we purchasing Pig Skin Lining Shoes?
In fact, as I’m a non-Muslim seller, I really have no idea how to check on the pig skin lining at the first stage... Thus, I have made tons of refund / return / exchange to customers who complaint that our shoes are made of pig skin lining...

We checked with factory again and again, googling again and again and to be friend until now I am not sure either… (T.T) (forgive me as I’m not a pig skin lining scholar)

However, I think I have to make my effort clear up this thought... 
(At least is a respect to my Muslim’s customer ** winks **)

First of all, how would we know that is not made of pig skin lining?
Ok, this is how we work with factory. Every time when factory send us the new arrivals notice, they did indicate clearly on the material section whether it is made of leather, pig skin leather, PU leather, Cow leather & etc… I personally have come across few types of shoes which tagged with "Pig Skin Lining" but all those shoes we will clearly stated *NOT FOR MUSLIM CUSTOMER*

Secondly, we have checked with factory why 3 dots still appears on the shoes ? Why ?
They told us that those are manmade leather. They are trying to make these artificial pig skins look more ‘genuine’. Simply because genuine pig skin leather raw material is very expensive… The genuine pig skin shoe would have cost over RM 200++ !! Also, the way of arranging during production affected the outlook of shoes. Using PVC and Plastic material during production will create the 3dots looks as well...

The conclusion is we can boldly say that according to the information given by our factory --- Our shoes are NOT made of pig skin.

However, we understand that some of our Muslim’s customers still worry those are made of pig skin.

As we said earlier, we really are not the scholar of pig skin lining. We cannot check on science lab whether it’s pig skin lining or not… We are selling according to the information given by factory.

Therefore, to be fair to both Agape Boutique and Muslim’s customers, we feel its better that if you are sensitive on the Pig Skin Lining issue, with NO OFFEND, please DO NOT place order with us.
